A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to support the planning and execution of sales compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans
- Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on compensation strategy and maintain documentation of policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with sales compensation tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized, committed to data accuracy and consistency
- Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology is preferred
