Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to support the planning and execution of sales compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans
  • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on compensation strategy and maintain documentation of policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with sales compensation tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized, committed to data accuracy and consistency
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology is preferred
