Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to optimize their revenue engine and partner with Sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales pipeline reporting and forecasting in partnership with Sales leadership
- Maintain and evolve revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboards in BI tools
- Own HubSpot CRM administration and optimization, including user workflows and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM administration and configuration
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning methodologies
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
