Key Responsibilities
- Translate Surface Commercial strategy into localized execution plans across the Americas
- Partner with subsidiaries to drive go-to-market strategies and identify market growth opportunities
- Champion Surface solutions and collaborate with teams to maximize performance and market share
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields
- 5+ years of leadership experience in large, complex organizations
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales and partner engagement
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
