Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques to position product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a track record of meeting sales performance goals
- Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume, transactional B2B SaaS sales environment
- Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation
- Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a growth and ownership mindset
