Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive - Flex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques to position product offerings
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a track record of meeting sales performance goals
  • Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume, transactional B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation
  • Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a growth and ownership mindset
