Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales onboarding, product training, and ongoing development programs for networking technologies
- Deliver training sessions and coach sales representatives on deal positioning and objection handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales motions and improve sales workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, program management, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
- Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Blue Ocean
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce and LMS tools
