Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of homeowners insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Active Property & Casualty licensure within the current state of residence
- Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software
