Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of business with full revenue and retention accountability
- Build, lead, and develop a team of AEs and CSMs focused on strategic account growth
- Drive account planning and expansion strategy for high-value customers
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales, account management, or customer success; 2+ years leading teams
- Deep knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality tech space
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
- Experience managing a $10M+ book of business
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
