Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with financial professionals and third-party administrators to drive sales of retirement plan products
- Prepare and present proposals and conduct retirement plan presentations to encourage business placement
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage territory development and ensure successful installation of sold retirement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans and financial services
- Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses within 6 months
- Proactive selling skills are essential
- High level of professionalism and strong analytical skills
