Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to oversee the Federal core product sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and supervision of the sales team, including staffing and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and handle complex contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of technology sales experience in progressive roles
- 4-6 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with OEMs and selling to government agencies
- Successful enterprise technology sales experience, particularly in cybersecurity or secure infrastructure solutions
