Payroll Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Sales Solution Specialist - HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new client sales through referrals, networking, and outbound campaigns
• Research potential clients to determine the best products and solutions
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to expand the clientele

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in payroll sales or processing
• Experience selling cloud/Software as a Service (SaaS)
• American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus
• Prior experience in business development or lead generation preferred
