• Forecast rental revenue for assigned properties based on market conditions and booking pace
• Optimize performance across various channels while ensuring rate parity and compelling content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, with multi-property experience required
• Proven success managing portfolios of 200+ units and high-volume operations
• Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and channel management systems
• Advanced skills in Excel, BI platforms, and forecasting models
