Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective homebuyers and guide them through the home financing process
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan manufacturing
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and convert them into closed business

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending with active licenses
• Expertise in guiding buyers from initial contact to closing
• Strong industry knowledge of loan products and pricing strategies
• Familiarity with Desktop Underwriter (DU) & Loan Prospector/Loan Product Advisor (LP/LPA)
• Experience in a tech startup environment is preferred
