A company is looking for a Partner Advisor Manager to oversee and enhance partner advisor management within its Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales operations professionals, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Supervise processes to increase productivity and manage the partner complaint management process
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues, produce compliance reports, and analyze partner risk
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles
- Experience leading agile teams, preferably in a technology company
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of efficiency-driving processes and technology
- Advanced experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
