- Experience in full-cycle sales, preferably within SaaS or communications technology
- Proven ability to analyze key performance indicators to drive accountability and performance improvement
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and growth
- Resilient and resourceful mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
