Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver foundational training for revenue-facing teams and adjacent functions
- Partner with subject matter experts to create and facilitate training curriculum and assessments
- Serve as a liaison between revenue and cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related functions
- Experience with LMS platforms and assessment tools
- Strong analytical mindset to leverage sales data for improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs, such as Salesforce
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams
