Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with strategic customer renewals and serve as an executive escalation point
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to align on account health and strategies
- Continuously improve renewal strategies through analysis, tooling, and process refinement
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success roles
- 3+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote teams
- Experience in renewal negotiations with large enterprises and Fortune 500 accounts
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and guide decisions
- Proficient in Salesforce and renewal operations best practices
