Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Lead and manage sales teams, providing guidance and support to meet targets

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales or similar role leading large teams
- Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2/C1)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
