Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with recruiting firms and ATS providers
- Leverage existing connections to generate leads and build trust with potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the recruiting or HR technology industry
- Demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with recruiting firms and/or ATS providers
- Significant experience selling ATS software solutions
- A keen interest in AI and its application in the recruiting industry
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within the United States
