Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer located in or near Tokyo, Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to communicate the company's value proposition and strategy to customers
• Manage technical engagements and assist in closing opportunities through technical expertise
• Deliver product presentations and provide feedback on products and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Ability to handle complex assignments requiring strong judgment and collaboration
• Technical mindset with a desire for continuous growth
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
• Recent graduates from coding bootcamps or those with post-sales or engineering experience are encouraged to apply
