Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of support during the pre- and post-sale process
- Coordinate with sales reps to ensure deals are correctly scoped and processed
- Track and report key operational metrics to improve deal velocity and team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or school district administration
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools like HubSpot or NetSuite (preferred)
- Prior work with K-12 school districts (preferred)
- Comfort managing complex internal processes
