Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update learning paths for new hires in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate training events and track employee training activities and certifications
- Gather data and feedback on program engagement and create reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Enablement
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with AI in training and project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
