Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to support sales teams throughout the sales cycle and ensure compliance with corporate governance for sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure transactions are complete, accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quoting, pricing, and deal flow for the sales organization
- Manage Salesforce Quotes and Opportunities during the approval process to expedite final bookings
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Contracts, Sales, or Sales Operations in the software industry
- Familiarity with accounting and software revenue recognition principles
- Experience with Salesforce modules and Microsoft tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours
