Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience with data modeling and BI tools
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
