Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and close sales to achieve monthly quotas
• Deliver accurate estimates and monitor order status for timely processing
• Report sales trends and collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in Commercial Interiors and/or Building Materials industries
• Proven sales record and established sales skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry
• Strong organization and time management skills
