Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a contact center or sales environment
- Strong understanding of the contact center industry and market dynamics
- Extensive experience in individual prospecting and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Able to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
