Key Responsibilities
- Achieve net medical membership growth and profitability through effective service oversight and account management strategies
- Collaborate with Advocacy partners to enhance customer and client experience
- Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients and consultants, leveraging company capabilities to differentiate from competitors
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience
- 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business with knowledge in product, underwriting, risk analysis, and account management
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and foster strong working relationships
- Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain it
