Required Qualifications
- 15-20+ years of experience in partnership sales or relationship management with high school associations in the U.S
- Proven track record in business development, contract negotiation, and go-to-market strategies
- Experience developing and implementing successful long-term business plans and strategies
- Deep knowledge of the youth and high school sports market
- Strong network within high school associations is a plus
