Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, including review, renewal, and administrative tracking
- Support sales teams by providing tools, resources, and maintaining sales content
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and assist with reporting and compliance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales, account management, or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, IFS)
- Experience in data management and contract administration
