Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
• Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products or services to enhance customer engagement

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in CCaaS and/or SaaS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience selling at the C-level
• Documented track record of sales excellence
• A proven sales hunter and closer with strong business acumen
