Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Productivity Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs)
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding and training based on leadership inputs
- Track adoption and business impact of enablement programs using data and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles
- Proven track record in designing and scaling sales enablement frameworks and playbooks
- Experience in developing and delivering enablement programs with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to customer handoff
- Strong analytical skills to leverage sales data and measure program effectiveness
