Key Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and expand supplier relationships within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Industrial Supplies
- Build and maintain a robust supply network to improve catalog depth and ensure access to high-demand inventory
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and marketing funds with suppliers while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with an OEM or large distributor
- Strong personal network within the HVAC ecosystem, including distributors and industry associations
- Experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred
