• Respond promptly to Live Chat and Hotline inquiries, providing accurate assistance

• 1+ year experience in a support role for a Mortgage Lender
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills over various communication platforms
