Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GTM tech stack to support scalability and team efficiency
- Build and manage reporting infrastructure for pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep experience with Salesforce and knowledge of marketing automation and sales engagement tools
- Proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimizing GTM strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership
- Highly organized and process-driven with strong project management skills
