Key Responsibilities
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of residential solar and guide them through the purchase journey
- Utilize advanced technologies to prepare and review solar proposals for potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process while achieving performance KPIs
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of residential solar sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Home Improvement Salesperson License required
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications)
- High integrity and ethical sales practices
