A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will act as the primary contact for sales support functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service issues, fulfillment, and delivery of enrollment materials to producers
- Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certifications
- Perform data entry and maintain producer files in accordance with organizational policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
