Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will act as the primary contact for sales support functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service issues, fulfillment, and delivery of enrollment materials to producers
  • Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certifications
  • Perform data entry and maintain producer files in accordance with organizational policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
