Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Bank Mortgage Branch Manager to assist in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mortgage Regional Manager in achieving production goals and operational excellence
• Recruit, interview, and train mortgage loan originators while managing performance
• Promote a sales environment through training and marketing material creation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and current market trends
