Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage sales inquiries and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales prospects through inbound inquiries and maintain records in the CRM system
• Conduct sales presentations and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers
• Uncover new sales opportunities and maintain accurate data on sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and CRM systems
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs brokerage and compliance
• Sales acumen and effective time management skills
