A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Mid-Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Mid-Market sales professionals, setting objectives and coaching for performance
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and building high-performing sales teams
- Experience selling complex technical solutions, preferably in data science, machine learning, or AI
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
