Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from sales prospects and transfer them to licensed agents
• Educate consumers on the company's value proposition and assist in their shopping experience
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred sales experience in a call center or performance-based role within the last 2 years
• Experience in a professional office setting
• Job stability is preferred
• This is an unlicensed position; candidates with insurance licenses will not be considered
