Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals, focusing on performance and pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of experience in sales and/or business development
- Proven experience leading enterprise B2B sales teams with a track record of meeting revenue targets
- Strong sense of accountability and a hands-on approach to key metrics and coaching
- Experience managing full-cycle sales representatives in fast-paced environments
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional leadership skills
