Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Health Plan Sales to lead sales efforts with health plans and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales strategy and execution for health plans and TPAs
- Develop and close high-impact reseller and embedded partnership deals
- Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to structure partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or partnership experience in digital health or health plan/TPA settings
- Proven track record of scaling growth and revenue from early-stage to $100M+ ARR
- Experience selling into health plans and/or TPAs with a deep understanding of payer business models
- Strong executive presence to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnerships
