Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Data Security division in the West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the data security business unit
• Lead and mentor a team of specialists, including recruiting, hiring, and training new members
• Establish and maintain key customer relationships while developing strategies for expanding the customer base

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing field sales teams across large geographies
• Prior experience in selling Security, Data Protection, or SSE solutions
• Strong knowledge of current technologies and trends in the security industry
• Ability to create business plans and build strong business pipelines
• Experience in driving outbound calling and demand generation plans with marketing
