Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading outbound sales or BDR teams in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing both internal teams and outbound vendor relationships
- Background in developer tools or infrastructure, ideally with exposure to databases or cloud-native products
- Passion for creating great experiences for customers and employees
- Strong ability to test, iterate, and adapt quickly to scale successful initiatives
