A company is looking for a Sales Director who will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving sales growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent through effective coaching and performance management
- Lead by example in sales engagements and support the team in closing significant contracts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts to drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Proven SaaS/cloud selling experience with technical buyers and enterprise customers
- Expertise in closing 5-figure and 6-figure enterprise deals using consultative sales methods
- Experience managing sales pipelines and performance metrics using Salesforce
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience, successfully directing teams to achieve $5M-10M+ New ARR annually
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and scaling remote sales teams
