Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to generate insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations within software/SaaS companies
- Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, Clari, and BI tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar a plus
