Key Responsibilities
- Build a culture of performance, trust, and accountability within the sales team
- Identify and prioritize high probability public sector accounts and align solutions with customer needs
- Guide the sales team through complex deals from opportunity identification to contract signing
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of consultative and/or complex sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Sales leadership experience in energy services, infrastructure, or related public sector markets
- Proven record of multi-million-dollar sales wins
- Deep knowledge of Northern California's public sector market and procurement processes
- Exceptional ability to connect with executive decision-makers and negotiate effectively
