A company is looking for a Regional Sales Leader to drive growth and lead sales teams in Northern California's public sector market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a culture of performance, trust, and accountability within the sales team

  • Guide the sales team through complex deals from opportunity identification to contract signing
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of consultative and/or complex sales experience in a quota-driven environment
  • Sales leadership experience in energy services, infrastructure, or related public sector markets
  • Proven record of multi-million-dollar sales wins
  • Deep knowledge of Northern California's public sector market and procurement processes
  • Exceptional ability to connect with executive decision-makers and negotiate effectively
