Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Developer, Director of Business Development, or VP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for defense-related markets and civilian agencies
• Leverage existing networks to secure teaming opportunities for contracts
• Guide the company through the pre-capture and capture lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of federal business development experience focused on DoD
• Strong relationships with mid and large prime partners
• Proven track record of securing significant DoD business
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Secret clearance or clearance eligibility required
