A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, managing all aspects of the sales cycle
- Conduct high volume daily activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention, revenue, and advertiser engagement
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the advertising industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools is preferred
