A company is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Market wholesale and correspondent products to prospective brokers/bankers and manage established broker relations
- Formulate funding projections and collaborate with leadership to meet loan production and quality targets
- Conduct presentations and provide training on company products and technology to brokers/bankers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate
- 2+ years of mortgage sales experience, including Government and Conventional products
- Knowledge of local real estate market and investor guidelines
