Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking systems
- Administer and optimize CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Create sales collateral and support onboarding and training for new sales team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or analytics
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and sales cycles
